Electric boilers are smaller than gas ones as a rule, with our range peaking at 14kW of power. That means they’re not necessarily a great fit for large houses with a lot of taps.
Small, modern homes with good insulation are the perfect spot to make use of an electric boiler. They’re also a good choice if your home isn’t connected to the gas mains, as putting in gas pipes is an expensive, time-consuming process (and outright won’t be an option in a few years).

Water Cylinders
If you need your boiler to stretch a bit further, then a water cylinder could be a significant upgrade. This means your boiler will be a lot less compact, but these cylinders are amazing for making sure you always have a supply of hot water so they’re great for busy homes, or homes with a bath.
However, if you decide to go for a water cylinder, we insist on making sure you’ve made the right choice. This is because they’re quite bulky, and getting the wrong size will leave you stuck with a useless product.
That’s why when you choose a water cylinder, we’ll always get in touch before finalising your order to confirm that the one you’ve chosen is actually the right size for your property and your water usage levels.
Once that’s settled, we’ll be able to finalise your order and get everything sorted for you. Your boiler will be covered by a year long warranty while you get settled in.
